Train Hard - Stay Humble

Silent Traceurs

Silence is the demonstration of muscular control. It also is the key to focusing more on movement. Training alongside other silent traceurs ensures an atmosphere of focus and discipline. "Quiet the mind, let the body speak."

Yeah that would be a good spot, it might take me a bit to get there early though.

I like this spot and it is close to other spots in that area. Plus it is close to my house... :)

I think this spot would be a good silent session candidate...

It's a bit out of the way, though.

what 300 repetition thing? I often do 300 of something, but only because I have to in order to progress -- nothing voluntary about it, let me assure you!!

Has anyone tried that 300 repetitions thing? I'm picking back up and I'm gunna be some solo training soon and I wanted to try that...

Todays session was great, personally I thought Giorgio was reading my mind when I was training, my main goals for today were first achieved by him and then I saw that it was possible. Rather than say how hard something is, that weakness is contained and for me converted into focus. Thank everyone for coming out and cooperating, this group is awesome :D

Fantastic session yesterday! There was clearly a level of focus I have not seen at other sessions.. Like Kaos I found myself surpassing goals--awesome!
