So here is the plan:
Meeting up at 5th ave. and Lake St., warm up, and then we'll head to the Lower Presidio place - running, climbing, jumping, swinging, our way to the point B. Once we're there, we'll join the traditional Sunday session.
Basic/beginners training provided, but ALL LEVELS present and WELCOME!
This location can be a little out of way if unfamiliar with the Presidio, so consider RIDES!
Easy parking at the Presidio YMCA Main Post gym, right there...

Well... if you think about it the speed round was the most parkour nature of the whole show... all the other parts were both pk and fr mixed... i love the speed round... you have to think quick and just try and execute... in the real worl you have...
