So here is the plan: Meeting up at 5th ave. and Lake St., warm up, and then we'll head to the Lower Presidio place - running, climbing, jumping, swinging, our way to the point B. Once we're there, we'll join the traditional Sunday session.

I missed that video (and your post), man, sorry...
But those were not "pop-kongs" (a.k.a. "G. instigated 'Seng's Vaults'"...lol!), only 'regular' -yet smooth- pop-vaults.

The pop-to-Kong inverts the body position mid-air, while diving, to allow for a higher and longer Kong given the same power...
;)
