So here is the plan:
Meeting up at 5th ave. and Lake St., warm up, and then we'll head to the Lower Presidio place - running, climbing, jumping, swinging, our way to the point B. Once we're there, we'll join the traditional Sunday session.

It would be nice if any brand-new-kid-on-the-block (only absolute beginners, without previous experience training parkour, or at least training with others...) would want to tell us about their first day impressions here.

Well... if you think about it the speed round was the most parkour nature of the whole show... all the other parts were both pk and fr mixed... i love the speed round... you have to think quick and just try and execute... in the real worl you have...
