- I've been into Parkour for almost a year now. Me and a few friends have been practicing at least once a week. We have most of the basics now and have been teaching others the philosophy and techniques of Parkour to those that are interested.

We all know how hard it is to get up to the jams in SF every weekend. How about organizing a couple jams closer to home and repping the South Bay?
