Here is a potential work out (subject to change)
*At least 4 laps at the track (try to do more/faster than you did last week).
*Quadrupedal crawls
*Stair work (balance and coordination)
*Rail Crawl
*Pull ups
*Box jumps
*crunches etc.
*plank
etc.
I am bringing a coworker with me.
after debating the entire day (so sore from yesterday) I think I will join.

What I like about this vid is that it makes parkour look like it's slowing everything down instead of speeding things up, like most vids portray it.
It seems to sacrifice the physical side of parkour to portray more of the (dare I say it) spiritual…
