So I went to the doctor today, and the first reaction he had was "What the hell did you do to your legs?"
So after explaining what had happened, and reciting my parkour pitch (still need to work on the wording: I still get the worried glance) he examined it and had me sent down to x-ray just in case. Gladly, no fracture or bone scrape; the tibia and fibula are strong bones. I really just need to take it easy until it heals completely.

Unfortunately we (SF and East Bay regulars) won't be able to come down too often, but maybe we'll manage to throw up a regular session in San Mateo somewhere, sorta midway...
