Haven't trained in a gym for a while....this should be very fun.

i will be at the SFPK beginner monthly jam today at UCB at NOON 12. An advanced level jam seems to be in the works for after (nosole,austin,lethal,me,ryder) so get there at about 1-130 to make it for that. sfpk site can help you for the details.
