Man, this was soooo long ago...

But somehow, my turn vault was somewhat better than what I do now(Besides dropping down so low). I think I banged my shins too many times and looked down too many big walls. D:

Good instruction. Awesome to see people helping each other progress. Don't forget a wider stance is generally more stable (hands and feet).

...hey, K., cut him some slack!
He talked about his rear end above...lol!

In fact there's a situation, when turn-vaulting a ledge and going into a cat leap on the other side -with stretched arms hanging from the ledge itself-, where you have to bend your knees all the way to bring your center of gravity against the wall, and avoid soliciting the arms/shoulders too much, while keeping grip on the wall...

But what are we doing: analyzing beginners video on line... hahaha...

I dropped my behind really low when I turned around to exaggerate the motion, make it easier to see how it works. I don't really do my turn vaults like that. T_T
