I'm coming to SF June 2 - 12

Hello friends, I'll be in town for bit at the start of June!
I'm heading down to Yosemite from Sunday - Tuesday, so will miss Sunday jam and Monday conditioning :(
Are you guys still training on Friday nights?

Looking forward to seeing the BAPK crew again soon!

Monday Conditioning

I got home alright - they lost my luggage for a day but no big deal.

Trained Monday night with my brother. Turns out the brick wall at the front our house I thought would be awesome is in fact ... unstable.

We have some gym equipment at home so did some boxing and free weights as part of the session.

Alternated stair box jumps (big stairs, 3 up, 3 down) with 20 push ups with little break.

It's very different training in the heat.

Farewell SF, I'm going home

oh no, your government doesn't want me anymore.
I'm flying back to Australia Feb 14/15th.
I plan on training as much as I can between now and then.
I'll be back in the states in May/June. Probably start on the East Coast, and visit SF towards the end.
You guys better not have piked by then.

I loved these! I thought they were great- esp. the curry one. The jumps look good- and I love the intro. Is that your voice? Offer still stands to come over here and check out FCP-- but you are clearly doing just fine on whatever program you are using. Keep me posted when the next installment goes up.
