This is seriously cool Chris, good work.
This type of thing is what makes me feel confident this sport is gonna keep growing and one day be alot more realized than it is now. Because people like you bother to spend your time putting together maps to…
Hey, I can come if I get a ride.
Can someone lend a ride at the Glen Park BART station?
Shouldn't be a far drive at all.
Give me a call at 678-523-6223 if you can grab me.
Check here for RIDES.

Damn pregnant, new lady tryin to make us pay fees we owe them.
It does suck, you'll have to give us an update on the situation. Cause I'm pretty sure C-rizzle and I aren't gonna be able to afford $60 a week for a day in the gym.
Which is a downer, c…

About Me:
I'm new to San Francisco. I'm very interested in nutrition and body wellness. I just moved down here with my sister, Carissa, who's starting this up with me. I'm a new musician as of a year or so ago. What drives me to do parkour is both a longing to master my body and a fascination started years ago with some youtube videos. I'm just stoked to finally have an opportunity.
Other Physical Disciplines:
Rowing, RipStiking, rock climbing, and I now do abs+core classes at Planet Granite in Belmont every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
me and a training buddy might stop by to check out this place a little early. Gonna try to head out early to make it back to the BAPK Party in SF.
its going to be wet out in SF so i want to get some warm training in and meet the fellas.

Ok, I want to make another pk related graphic and this time I'd like to get the community in on it.
I want to know what parkour means to you and I want to bring our ideas together in a concise, dynamic text based image. Sound good? Cool.

REMINDER: earlier start time (6:15pm) to have some more daylight
*run laps
*Quadrupedal crawls, inverted bipedal movement
*Stair work
*Rail Crawl
*Muscle-ish ups
*Core work, planks
What I like about this vid is that it makes parkour look like it's slowing everything down instead of speeding things up, like most vids portray it.
It seems to sacrifice the physical side of parkour to portray more of the (dare I say it) spiritual…
