About Me:
just moved here from minneapolis/ always been interested in running, climbing and jumping off things since little. I was surprised when i found out a few years ago there were alot of others who like to do the same thing. Been looking for people to teach me some more about parkour/free running.
no basic is at a different spot... get off bart at balboa park station and catch the 29 sunset towards either 25th ave or the presidio and get off at ortega ave and sunset. after wich walk across the street where it drop you off for 2 blocks. call me if you want. 415 254 2838

I think one of the best things I did for my training was to stop trying to make "the most" of a training session. That's not to say that I accept mediocre efforts on my part (I do slack more than I would like, but I think I'm okay at containing it...
