Been in Oakland a few years, work at a design firm, and seriously think parkour is fluid beauty. I'm just interested in joining the flow. Plus gym workouts just aren't fun anymore.

I think one of the best things I did for my training was to stop trying to make "the most" of a training session. That's not to say that I accept mediocre efforts on my part (I do slack more than I would like, but I think I'm okay at containing it...
Free food (with drink purchase) at Namu starting 9:30, if you can wait that long. Whether I make it to conditioning or not, I'll be grubbing at 6th & Balboa.
