...yeah good session with the usual 19/20 peeps (3 new faces, if I'm not mistaken... thanks for coming out guys!), until an annoying -rude!- building foreman ruined it, and only Ryan's suggestion saved the day making it a great session!

Talk about overcoming obstacles...

there are construction workers in gwhs right now (10:37) is this a problem or do they normaly clear out by 12?

I usually help Giorgio back onto his wheelchair at the end of the sessions...
