Back to SF State, meet at the usual spot next to the M stop.

Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

2 lap warm up
6x400 one lap of rest in between each lap

10/20/30 Wall climbs
50/100/200 push ups
50/100/150 box jumps
5/10/20 Leg Squats
20/30/40 Burpees

3/5/7 reverse cat crawls
Cat crawl 200 m / Lunge 100m

Abs
20/30/50 leg lifts
10 norwegian bastards
200/300 bicycle crunches
1/2/2:30 minute plank
