Hey man, what's up?
You should have done a month or so of therapy, by now... how are things looking out?
Good season is coming up soon, did they clear you for anything at all?

Check in sometime.
Best of luck, again!

Hi Sin. Do you have any seats left to this Sundays session? I'm at the bottom of Bernal Hill at Mission and Fair.

There'll be training tomorrow at the normal time, if you can make it. Forgot to make the event earlier, so sending out individual messages, too. Hope you can come.

Parking is a lot easier to find on the north side. Last Thursday, I parked on Hearst, same curb as campus. I think the meters stop being enforced around 6p on the west side (Oxford to Shattuck) also.

You can park at the Golden Gate Garage just west of Telegraph between Channing and Durant. They're not that expensive, and you can get the price cut in half you validate (ie get a slice at Blondie's pizza on your way out). Just look for the public parking signs once you get close to campus and Telegraph starts being one-way.

You can take your chances with street parking. At least it'll be free, though it'll be tough to find around there.

No parking I know of; you'll have to find street parking. But I think it'll be free by then? Or validate somewhere, I guess.

Hey, noticed you said you work in the east bay, come by after work on Thursdays for our session in Berkeley if you can. We're not specifically a beginner training session, but the sessions are usually pretty small so we'd be able to devote attention to whatever anyone wants to work on (and we love to help beginners).

Insurance... enough said

Yeah so instead of actually getting better this past month I have been fighting over tests that are necessary which they won't pay for and not paying for the tests they did that weren't necessary. On the bright side it looks like my back is bad, but not a lost cause.

I start physical therapy next week. Hopefully that will bring me up to active status. I would assume no jumping or rolling for a while, but it would be nice to have some medical clearance to just run for a bit. Whatever the results… Continue

A Different Kind of Journey

So after a few months of some slight back pain I decided it was time to go see the doctor. I am always hesitant to go see a doctor. The good thing about going is you know what is wrong with you, the bad thing is that you know something is definitely wrong with you.

Well I officially have Degenerative Disk Disease in my lumbar spine with narrowing between my vertebra at the L3-4, L4-5 junctions along with sciatica in my right leg.

I don't really know what caused it, frankly i don't care. Now I… Continue

I found this pretty inspirational. PARKOUR. Uh. Before anyone else makes a fuss, it's efficiently, not creatively.

We all know how hard it is to get up to the jams in SF every weekend. How about organizing a couple jams closer to home and repping the South Bay?
