Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

3/5/7 sets of stairs. These will hurt. Bad.
1/1/1 reverse cat crawl. Really.

Jog down to Kezar stadium
50/100/150 push ups
50/100/150 box jumps
20/30/40 Burpees

5/10/20 Leg Squats/Pistols on each side (stand on one leg on a pole or an elevated bench, etc, squat all the way down, and come all the way up.
Cat crawl 100 m / Lunge 100m

Abs
20/30/40 leg lifts
10 norwegian bastards
200/300 bicycle crunches
1/2/2:30 minute plank

We end up at Kezar stadium, so you may want to start with your car around that area. However, if you park at Kezar you start with an extra 1.4 mile jog over to the stairs @ 15th & Kirkham - http://maps.google.com/maps?q=15th+%26+kirkham%2C+san+francisco%2C+...

sounds like a good time to me. I know i always ask, but where is the best place to park assuming i want to have to move as little as possible when this whole thing is over :)

I would like to do this but I might have a conflict at that time. If nothing else it's closer to my house so hopefully I won't be late if I can make it. (Anyways, don't wait up for me.) Last time was fun!

maybe you guys should just focus on lower body for this one, forget the push ups. just really work those stairs. i dunno, it seems like a lot to me
