Event Description

regular Sunday beginners training
-all levels welcome-

...after a couple sessions scouting locations, we are ready to go back to our most beginners friendly training session!

We know GWHS really well and we'll be doing the best use of the space based on the various levels.

An optional -yet recommended- conditioning warm-up will precede the actual training and instruction.

In the remote chance that we get in the way of construction works being held there, we may move the session to the West Sunset Community Center, a 5' drive away... hopefully not!

trust me, with some steady conditioning you'll be surprised how fast your body adapts to handle the extra work. soon you'll be able to do what we did in your sleep (and it would be time to up the ante)

"optional" and "recommended" are the key-words...

Conditioning & Individuality as been discussed before on our forum...

I think it does make sense that we have all very different approaches to it, since Parkour practitioners come from the most diverse backgrounds, age groups, physical disciplines, but on one we have to agree all: if we want to protect our ankles, knees, wrists, etc., we have either to abuse them less or to make them stronger with controlled training, not just stomping on them...
=)
