Good session today, folks. I thought Laney was just going to be an warmup for Lakeview, but one of the great things about group training is other people see so many lines one person misses. I think Lakeview still has potential, esp when we haven't already trained for two hours, but Laney and the surrounding area could stand a few more Sundays also.

Taking BART back/forth to Oakland: $6.00
Buying ice-cream to Family for showing up an hour later than usual: $14.50
Biking along Lake Merritt in the sun, listening to Gnarls Barley, after 3 hours of good training with great friends: PRICELESS!

my left wrist is pretty good now but my right one woke me up at 6 this morning, terrible pain. i went to the er and it turns out i have a hairline fracture so i'll be mia for at least 2 weeks i think

Sweet scouting pics. I had forgotten about all that other stuff in Laney. There's a little playground next to the theater? convention center? that's kind of fun, too. Watch out for the thick rails.

...sooo, aside for the folks out of town, Frenchie is the only one with a good excuse for not showing up.

I'll be BARTing from Civic Center at 11:49 am, on the Dublin/Pleasanton train, arriving to Lake Merritt 12:06 pm (hopefully w/bike), if anybody wants to join me, just hit me up.
