I can't get enough of these.
Took on work that lasts until 6:30 (in penninsula) on fridays. Perhaps we can just meet you guys up in Marin or Berkley or wherever if we can't make it to Kezar?
I'll see what I can do about reworking my schedule, ca...

About Me:
I have pink hair. Mainly blonde, but there is definitely some major pink in there. I am go-with-the-flow, who-cares-whether-it's-half-full-or-half-empty-when-it-tastes-so-damn-good, spontaneous, and always up for a challenge or 6.
I may offend you, in which case I may laugh. In which case I hope you will be able to laugh back.
People who get to know me, at some point, break down and say "how the hell do you do so much?"

I am sure where you see me you will see a tall, lean guy by the name of Keeler. He is my brother and together we are more fun than I can hope to describe.
Other Physical Disciplines:

I think one of the best things I did for my training was to stop trying to make "the most" of a training session. That's not to say that I accept mediocre efforts on my part (I do slack more than I would like, but I think I'm okay at containing it...
Free food (with drink purchase) at Namu starting 9:30, if you can wait that long. Whether I make it to conditioning or not, I'll be grubbing at 6th & Balboa.
Members can go hit any spot downtown, and shoot an alert to the whole group... somebody will show.
If you have ideas for micro-session suitable spots, list them in the two discussions below, for midday and late pm trainings.
"The best thing to do is not to reject it or to push it away, but to accept it, embrace it, integrate it..." Puck, I couldn't agree more with this statement - though I'd argue the next sentence regarding ignoring and controlling fear is contradict...
