Event Description

regular Sunday beginners training
-all levels welcome-

...after one, and two nomadic jams, we are ready to go back home and host our most beginners friendly training session!

We know GWHS really well and we'll be doing the best use of the space based on the various levels, even in absence of Chris (=Kaos, who is on vacation... nobody freaks out... lol!)
=)...

Actually, in this session, we'll learn progressing based on exactly this progression video from Kaos.

lol, no girls, no shirts! I think that ctf game was a lot better than the one we had at the bunkers, less people sitting around waiting for others to move.

...very nice group today.
15/16 kids at the end without more than 5/6 regulars and the whole tadlos clan missing in action (what's going on guys? Vacations?...).
After warming up, we worked up to basic techniques (damn i forgot the dash from the video...), until Ryan came and started kicking our butt seriously... lol!
Runs, quadrupedal, follow the leader, kongs over obstacles and finally a very fun capture the flag session on the sloped rails area...

Then we learned how to turn vault on top of tricky fences, and we ended with rolls on the field and some good arms work on the soccer goals...

The first no-girls session in a loooong time... everybody excused...
See you all Sunday!
=)

I'm sorry I couldn't make it, guys. I managed to smash my shin into a concrete block while practicing pk during my lunch at work today. I probably could have made it through a couple hours but I didn't want to risk hurting myself even further. I hope you all had fun.

I might not make it out today cuz I know if I do I won't be able to hold my self back from pk,and I don't want to mess up my new tattoo wail it's still healing. I got to keep lotion on it and keep it out of the sun.
