Event Description

I received the following in my facebook. It's quite an opportunity.

"Greetings!

Parkour Generations offers a one week training camp from 16 to 21 September 2008 in Morzine, Switzerland. This is an opportunity to train with several top instructors from the Parkour Generations Team in the natural and stunning environment of the French Alps.

The Training Camp is open to practitioners of all levels, from absolute beginners to veteran traceurs, and promises to be a great experience.

Cheers!"

...which is run as a non-profit and hosts weekend tiered seminars that introduce parkour to 200 beginners(!!!) at a time.
Read this enthusiastic report by Dan, one of the community leaders, and BApk good friend...

(a whole thread on them here...)

There was a Parkour Generations event in Ohio last May which was actually free to attend. Boy am I ever kicking myself for not finding a way to get to that one.

wish i had the money/time for this. I would love to ask my boss for one week off to go to Switzerland. I don't think they would buy it. maybe if it came to the us I could play it off as a family reunion or something.
