It's at Land's End today. I'm gonna set next week at 15th & Kirkham for stairs.

I would say there's a bit of parkour specific stuff (wall climbs, box jumps, cat crawls, lunges, pistols), and then you could make the case that running is 3/4 of motion anyways, so being able to move over open ground rounds it out. The other stuff is general conditioning to round out strength. If you have any explosiveness stuff, I'd love to add to the workout.

i might show if it is at state.... lands end is, well, at the far end.

and is this just a workout or "parkour specific" training. I got alotta drills as far as plyometrics and explosive movements are concerned (stolen from mma/wrestling) as well as certain exercises for improving/conditioning certain pk movements (for upping the climb-ups, some hand vault stuff, better takeoffs, and some stuff ive been working on to get over the dreaded PK FLOW ENDURANCE)

all the miles and sit-ups in the world arent going to give you that last one....

If I don't have too much homework I'll go, but I have a test coming up.
