Event Description

Let's meet at the fountain. we'll stretch and warm up here and then hit surrounding spots!

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. We'll plan for 30 minutes of stretching, warming up, and conditioning before jumping into it! The usual instruction will be available for those who want it as well as some free time at the end.

Oh, and there are awesome beignets in the area.. just on Sundays!

That was the COOLEST jam EVER. I loved it. Fun place to do palm spins and kong progessions for sure - that and reverse vaults which I hardly ever practice outdoors. Nice work Jen! Huge precision jump!!!! VERY IMPRESSIVE. That musta been at least 6-feet!!!

I hope your not thinking of the Yerba Buena Gardens, because there's a huge theatre festival going on there as well! Ach!
