Event Description

This will be the first training session for the Silent Traceurs group. All are welcome to join us at this session ^^, not just the Silent Traceurs.

The goal of this session is to experience a group training that is silent, meaning that during the time of training, no words are to be spoken. People of course can talk before and after the session, but the main focus will be on focus.

The session begins with a group meditation (for those who would like to join), as it will quiet the mind, and prepare to let the body speak. Initially I want to breathe in unity (sitting in a circle perhaps), an undetermined amount of breathes until everyone is here, or everyone feels quiet minded.

The training will go on with stretching, conditioning, training, whatever you may want. but all communications will have to be done without speaking, this means you are using your body and gestures.

My goals for this session are to advocate the focus and disciplinary part of parkour. And to perhaps stumble upon epiphanies along the way. This should be a fresh experience for anyone joining us ^^.

@messenger33

I'm not sure, but hopefully there's no problem. As long as we stay off the roof.

Thanks for the time change. I'll be there at 5pm...possibly sooner depending on the speed of the train.

I'd really like to make this. This will be another interesting challenge (silence is easy when training alone, but much more difficult around others). I'd really like to get back to Sloat, too. Does this start late enough to avoid any conflicts with regularly schedule school activities?

I would come if I could, but like Tim said, no can do on weekdays.

Can't make it on weekdays, sorry man. I wish I could come.

I'm very much looking forward to something were all participants have to make a little extra effort then just show up and train.
;)

On a Friday 4:30/5:00, may be a more successful time do to the weekday obligations; we could also count on an hour additional light...
But I'll try making it no matter what.

Sorry but the earliest I could possibly make it is 5pm (coming straight from work).
