Train Hard - Stay Humble
Sorry folks! G and I have a meeting with the gym and it might go later than 7pm. I can't say for sure. If someone else wants to pick up the slack and run the session, that would be awesome. If not, we can try again next week.
I am hijacking the Monday Conditioning session and moving it closer to me and changing the time. We will run on the track at GWHS (other side of the building), use the stairs there.
Meet at 30th & Anza at 7pm.
* 4 to 7 laps on the track (up to you)
* Various Quadrupedal movement
* Hoping and running up and down stairs
* Depending on what we find in the vicinity...pull ups, box jumps, push ups, crunches, plank etc.
