Sorry I haven't been around at all this year. School work grew to the point where I haven't been able to keep in the kind of shape I needed to keep on top of regular parkour practice, so I had to stop. I mean, you saw me the last few times I did jams. I was slipping badly from lack of practice.

I have been keeping in shape, though. I started taking up biking as a regular hobby. I've been doing ten mile commutes regularly, as well as going on weekly 30+ mile rides with a group of my friends. We're hoping to do a big biking trip in Japan in a year, so we're building up for that, which would have us doing 60 miles a day.

I really miss hanging out with you guys, and hope to get back into a regular running regime - and eventually parkour - again after I graduate in a year. I hope we can keep in touch.

At 3:56pm on February 8, 2009, I think im tarzan said…: Wait... sam hasnt been goin... i didnt know that him and i dont really talk, we were all just joking around and for some reason he got all pissy and idk why but hes just holding a grudge for nothing so i dont even talk to him,,, i know i cant come this nxt saturday i have job orientation and then ill start training on weekends and then start working on weekends so idk when i can come... if there is ever one during this feb break during the week id love to come but i dont think i can do weekends but i am still practicing...hope to come soon!
