yeah, work sucks, unless you take a break for parkour procrastination! maybe next thursday, but we may be wiped completely clean of things to "do movement" over. ;) then it'd just be bare wall spins... which i can't do, so maybe a chance to learn =P

anybody near sansome&clay want to come and practice small indoor movements for an hour (or less even) around 3:30pm today? 1800gotjunk came yesterday and cleared some space. still quite a small office though. i'll be assembling some 3' obstacles for flow. may film a bit.

Hahaha... we started in the dark! Sometime around 5:30 (it's also the position in relation to the sunset...), but we were able to put 45 decent minutes together...
Jodie, Niko, Ramon and me... left now...
