Event Description

Ladies! we haven't been back to one of our favorite versatile spots in a while!

If this is your first session, there is no better time and place to begin! Plan for a necessary 30 minutes of conditioning when you get here before jumping into it... and do not come late to miss this part! >:O

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. Safety is paramount, so a positive example is set by the more experienced practitioners. We will warm up, stretch, condition, slowly progress, and have fun while keeping a beginner mentality!

I can still do it if plans change and happen to be working from home these 2 Fridays which makes going to Marin possible. Otherwise I might have some trouble making it out there after work on a Friday (since I work in Mountain View, next to San Jose) but could possibly do a weekend (Sat/Sunday sometime).
