Event Description

First of April's back to back girl parkour weekends!

Let's take this session and learn some parkour!! (or regain everything we've learned so far). We'll plan for 30 minutes of conditioning before jumping into it! Then we'll go right into the next weekend and continue to progress.

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. Safety is paramount, so a positive example is set by the more experienced practitioners. We will warm up, stretch, condition, slowly progress, and have fun while keeping a beginner mentality!
