Event Description
we're going to climb the stairs from street level to coit tower (not inside coit tower). depending on how many people are up there we'll do some simple parkour moves on the short walls.
so, stairs, running/sprinting uphill, and abs at the top

awe sorry Steve, it was pretty last minute, my usual tuesday thing wasn't happening so i decided to train. i'll let you know next time though!
good workout though, lot of skills conditioning. we trained till we were all either starving or freezing to death! :D

oh yeah, it's a good place to do dips. and traverses (finger/hand and forearm conditioning) too. then on the grassy area we can do QM laps and abs
