we're going to climb the stairs from street level to coit tower (not inside coit tower). depending on how many people are up there we'll do some simple parkour moves on the short walls.

I have always enjoyed participating in Parkour, even before I knew what it was. I was a student at Ohio University and created a club there called The XRC (extreme running club). We jammed all over the campus before just about anyone knew what jamming was.

I think we should try to learn as many techniques as possible but NOT as fast as possible.
I would start with the basic ones, and get those down before you elaborate on them and learn more advanced techniques.
