Sorry I missed a good session!

BTW, I'll be at Berkeley gym tonite instead, so if anybody feels like a repeat performance come join me!

Great night of training! There's nothing like parkour conditioning followed by a great workout at a fun gymnastics gym. FOAM PITS are the BEST!!!! Niko did some cool aerials, Jodie whipped out some backhandsprings on the hard regular floor downstairs, Ryan did some cool twisty flips and back flips, Jason did nice kip-ups and muscle-ups and Geri was a great gymnastics coach to us all! Thanks for coming out, everyone! Was great to have the company and fun training with friendly faces over at a new venue that I was unfamilliar with.

The Berkeley gym was amazing! Foam pits and squishiness led to progression for all. A bit crowded but for free I have absolutely no complaints..

Seng, you killing it on the sprints probably explains the reflux. I was also very happy to see the largest Monday group in some time.

My vision started going a little spotty, my sinuses felt blocked up and I threw up a little bit in my mouth. Felt better at the end than 30 minutes in. I suppose that means it was a proper session. Next time, I will complete all exercises.

How'd the Berkeley gym session go after?
