Event Description

Here we are Ladies! The last all girl's jam was a hit, so we're doing it again!

We'll start with introductions (hope some more new girls are able to come out!), stretching, a warm up jog while checking out this awesome space. we'll do a bit of conditioning (ask the girls that came last time how necessary this part is) and then we'll get into it!

if you (Ladies) haven't done so yet, sign up for BApk Girls where we'll have some relevant information and discussions. also, get some updates and reminders, and ask questions too!

My sinus infection is almost gone, and I am so ready throw myself at, well anything! Let's hope I can remember what I learned last weekend about konging! There may be face planting! :-)

Most likely I'll be there, but I better check with my dear husband. I still have a huge bruise on my shin from last time, haha

No worries -- I'll bring more of the enthusiasm to the jam ;-) See you girls there!

Arrgh, I accidentally deleted a perfectly acceptable and enthusiastic comment by Deejay. Sorry about that, it wasn't intentional.

Anyway, it's awesome that another women-only event is happening again. I'm going to forward this to some friends who aren't signed up yet and hope it gets them hooked.

match that facility-- no. match the number of girls-- we can certainly try!! that would be great, look how much fun those girls are having and the extra encouragement always helps too!

Congrats on this prompt second initiative!

A little incentive in this video of 20-girls-20 training indoor in North America's PK capital...
Can we match that?
=)
