Event Type: basic, parkour, beginners, training, bapk, bay area, san francisco
Organized By: Boo!
Latest Activity: Oct 30, 2011
Due to the nature of this session beginners will be trained separately, alongside the festive practice of the more experienced traceurs/traceuses. Beginners please show up on time and identify yourself as such, thanks!
A jam session is less structured than a training session, yet there are still several things to keep in mind. As always, the safety of everyone comes first. We expect people to practice in a safe way. This means no excessive drops or other movements that are beyond your capabilities. While there may not be a structured warm up at these sessions, we ask that you keep your own health in mind and consider warming up, (dynamic) stretching, and cooling down.
While there may be several different skill levels represented at these sessions, everyone should keep a beginner mentality. Be open to offering and receiving advice, and as always Train Hard, Stay Humble.
Ha!
And it's in costume... (not mandatory).
More treats than tricks...
Follow the Zombie...

(benny's got the link too, but here you go http://totheendofthenight.com/)
...as always, everybody can join, meet before or later.
We don't even require a costume.
:)
Beginners and newcomers should come at Noon to get more dedicated attention.
Raul is leading the Halloween Jam at the Embarcadero starting at 9am. I'm positive he would want to meet up downtown somewhere to combine for awhile.

...ooops!
We weren't aware about other Halloween themed jams in SF being already set up. Sorry, hopefully we are not gonna stretch people thin.
On the other hand, we support parkour-footprint reduction...
:)
SURPRISE!
