Event Description

regular Sunday beginners training
-all levels welcome-

...after a couple sessions scouting locations, we are ready to go back to our most beginners friendly training session!

We know GWHS really well and we'll be doing the best use of the space based on the various levels.

An optional -yet recommended- conditioning warm-up will precede the actual training and instruction.

In the remote chance that we get in the way of construction works being held there, we may move the session to the West Sunset Community Center, a 5' drive away... hopefully not!

Comment by Dogwithrabiez on September 19, 2008 at 7:05pm: Sadly, my parents can't drive me an hour there and back every week(Not to mention the long stay), so I can't make it this week. I doubt I coulda made it even if they would take me, I can't do even soft landings on my left without it hurting. I'll have to wait for that to heal. :(
