Bay Area Parkour

An open space for traceuses and traceurs training in the San Francisco Bay Area

A little old lady gets mugged by a man on a bicycle. When she realizes that there is no one around to help her, she decides to take matters into her own hands. It's a good thing Granny knows Parkour!

A film about self-empowerment, animated the old way - by hand, with pencil on paper and a light-box.

Please note the hiking-up-the-skirt action! An absolutely essential move ;-)

I found this pretty inspirational. PARKOUR. Uh. Before anyone else makes a fuss, it's efficiently, not creatively.

We all know how hard it is to get up to the jams in SF every weekend. How about organizing a couple jams closer to home and repping the South Bay?
