@ Fyrel Yeah, I think some of the SFPK guys got to go to it. If he comes again, I'll be there hopefully.

The voice says that the quarantine wall still hasn't been taken down, so Leito trying to take care of that problem himself in all his badassitude, so that's why the cops are still pissed. it's basically the same story as the first

I'll bet cops are still pissed at him for decapitating that guy at the beginning of the first movie. They must've just forgotten about it for a while and then suddenly remembered "Oh yeah, he killed that dude that one time, didn't he? Get him!" And then Leito goes "Woopwoopwoop!!!" like Curly from the 3 Stooges and kongs out a window. Then the cops start chasing him in fast motion while they play the Benny Hill song in the background. B13 sequel's gonna be awesome if it's like that.
