Hey I was thinking for monday conditioning why don't we try and create a gaunlet. It's training muscles with movements more adapted to parkour. Here's an example. I think it'll be fun :)
Hey dude, I couldn't find today's conditioning in the events section so I thought I'd tell you here. My dad won't let me come, says if I still feel sore I should wait 48 hours before doing exercise again. It's a real bummer...

shit, now you have me thinking. I really need to be more careful with my RSVP's. I hope you are just making fun of me and you guys didn't really wait that long to get started. I am not usually a flake but it seems sept has been a horrible month for me to get out and get to events with you guys. I will do better with attendance and RSVP's. once again sorry if you waited.
Basically supervising me is already enough. Which is making sure I do what I am supposed to be. Don't even need to organize it. But they do want the supervisors phone number.
