Anyone want to train tomorrow? I'm not familiar with many PK spots in SF being that I've been gone for a long time and never trained PK when I did live in the bay. I just wanna traaaaaainn...with other people!

...this (http://baparkour.ning.com/events/progression-session-aquatic) has been happening pretty regularly since the beginning of July.

Unpredictable spot in terms of foot traffic (high with gorgeous sunsets) and windy/foggy conditions (anybody has been in Scotland?), but -hey!- if swimmers can swim (and change on the bleachers) there, we sure can hop around a bit!

Being a San Mateo Native I'm torn beween SF and SJ I get to the top of the peninsula for work or just for fun. Good to know there's always jams no matter where I end up.
