...ok: I'm taking the liberty of dropping names on this one, but this are all peeps I've heard offering rides or know well enough to be sure they would (and if I'm mistaken just tell me -pm or thread- and I just remove you from the list...)
If I missed somebody, let me know and I post you up here!
=)
Peninsula and South Bay: Nils from Pacifica Duperhero from Daly City Rift33 from SouthSF Taco from San Jose (less consistently, but always super-welcome!)
North Bay: Elf's and Axe's Express leaves from Santa Rosa (!)... choo-chooooo! NOT BEEN COMING, LATELY... Faye from Mill Valley
Bart/Muni in SF: SafeNSure (moi-même!) will pick you up if you get close enough to me (Castro muni station is ideal for for GWHS/Sloat/Presidio/USF) Sin from Bernal Heights INJURED Sarah from Cole Valley (when she's not biking or on foot) MOVED OUT OF TOWN
Confirming that I can give rides from Berkeley (can pickup SF folks along my path) for weekend events and occasionally on weekdays depending on where I'm working and how I get there.
I'm willing to take a passenger on the motorcycle, too, but not on the highway unless you've got experience being a passenger at those speeds and have protective gear (I can bring a helmet).
Don't wake up last minute, pm people who drive the route you are on, or get public transportation and we scoop you up along the way from some Presidio entry...
;)
i could need a ride as well... :) hope it's not too late for this request ;)

REMINDER: earlier start time (6:15pm) to have some more daylight
*run laps
*Quadrupedal crawls, inverted bipedal movement
*Stair work
*Rail Crawl
*Muscle-ish ups
*Core work, planks
What I like about this vid is that it makes parkour look like it's slowing everything down instead of speeding things up, like most vids portray it.
It seems to sacrifice the physical side of parkour to portray more of the (dare I say it) spiritual…
