Event Description

Ladies! Back to Christopher Playground where not too far off, there's a great rock formation by the canyon that we've traversed a couple of times now. We'll hit this up towards the end of the training after doing a good amount of work at the playground! We'll stretch, condition, train, and play!

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. Safety is paramount, so a positive example is set by the more experienced practitioners. We will warm up, stretch, condition, slowly progress, and have fun while keeping a beginner mentality!

Ilia mentioned that he might want to get out of town this weekend and go over to Marin to hike Mount Tam which we havent done in FOREVER, so if he follows-through with his enticing day-trip plans (I need to re-inforce the positive planning-hiking-trip behavior), then I might miss Saturday's practice, but otherwise I will definitely be there to train with you gals.

I actually think I can do this one, despite being on a Saturday...
I'll bring the girls with me though ;-)

the closest bart station would be the glen park station. i think you can take the 52. the 52 will take you to diamond heights. the playground is near safeway.
