I had a blast, despite the fact I was on queasy street half the time I was there. And I was only there for half the meet. That means for a quarter of the meet, I was queasy. Besides being queasy, though, I had a blast.

Well, that was a fun jam. Hopefully, axci1234fire will be uploading the videos and picture we took! Tom/Fyrel took special care to do cinematic sort of scenes on a few of them. Hope everyone had fun!

The usual drill goes something like this:

1. Stretches
2. Warm-up Jog
3. Conditioning (targeted strength excersizes and drills)
4. Move Practice (vaults, underbars, whatever we feel like)

hey im new and im hoping to come this saturday but it is my first time meeting with a group of people other than just doing some stuff with bakerboy, and i was wondering if someone could fill me in about the run down of the day.
