Farewell Haley
We had a great farewell jam for Haley at Capuchino High School this past Sunday. People came and went but overall there were about 20. After the jam we went to a diner for burgers and milkshakes. It was a great time. Haley will be back in 4? months or so. We'll miss ya til then Haley! Have fun back home in LA!

i dunno about tomorrow for me so much guys. Left knee started hurting today after about 4.5 hours. Not all the time or walking so much, but when i apply explosive force (anytime) or apply any force while bent more than 90 degrees. my legs are pretty dead as it is, but the knee thing sucks. I'm assuming with ice and compression it will be better for tomorrow, but on the off chance i cant move on it in the morning im bummed. oh yeah the pain is right in the squishyness between the knee CAP of the cap and the bony bulge ("top of shin/lower-leg" bone) about 1.5-2 inches below.

Any ideas what this pain could be? might help for finding a specific treatment. those sports therapy guys usually know some crazy massage stuff, cant be that hard right?

Yeah! Definitely Lowell. I was there for a speech contest today and noticed how many ledges and rails they had there. P.S. I'm going there for high school next year.
