Train Hard - Stay Humble
So Sloat this tuesday at 630-7pm. Get there early to have an hour of daylight for the roof. Everything else is covered and lit for the most part. Probably try to work in some PK applicable strength exercises for conditioning.
Wheelbarrows -walking, konging, claps if your crazy and you know it
buddy on back- quad movements squats stairs
cat leap pull ups -two guys, one cat
Some more stuff i can think of, or you can think of if you come.
Also, if we all REALLY want to condition at the end, i was thinking a Herbets natural method training circuit or loop with more an emphasis on PK style movements/exercises. Sloat is PERFECT for this.
so i know this isnt the right spot on BAP or even the right thread, but its close and i wish i could post events. Anybody who is capable, can definitely add it for me if they have the time/desire.
