Event Description

Running and stairs conditioning + a beach/sand workout!

Meet at the parking lot at Point Lobos & Merrie Way by the beginning of the trail. We'll run towards Mile Rock Beach where there is a nice set of stairs to descend. Mid-way through, we'll branch off and see the labyrinth below, then keep going down to the beach. We'll find a clearing on the beach to continue cardio, we'll do QM, and plyometrics. Next, we'll run up the stairs and continue on to Eagle's Point and back again.

Maxim, I feel your pain.

Ok, sounds good.
I'll probably see you guys around Mile Rock Beach then. My friend Amanda just emailed me and she said she read the description and was kind of intimidated by the workout, so there's a chance that I might just run slow and go slow with her if she decides that she isn't up for the full-thing. I'll give you a call either way to let you know, but there's a chance that she and I might join for only part of the workout. She wanted to take it slow.
Ok, see you tomorrow hopefully.
Looking forward to it.

I will attend. That sounds like fun.
I might be late though. If I'm late, what direction are you guys moving in? I'll try to give you a call Jodie if I dont make it there by 6:15pm.
I'm bringing my friend Amanda too. She wants to join parkour.

Is there any one who can give me even a partial lift?

I am coming from Mission Bay which is on the complete opposite side of the city (I can see the bay through my window) and getting to Land's End from here is going to take me days.

Yay back to Lands End, try to be on time, we'll stretch in the parking lot while waiting for you, and then hit the trail!

I can't believe I've ever seen that labyrinth! Sweet!

I'm still leery about working out on my ankle. It's taking forever for the soreness to go away. :(
