Event Description

Hello!

My Name is Caleb Madrid, I am one of the Founders of a new Free Running Gym in the Bay Area.

On November 14, 2009 I will be hosting a beginner Free Running workshop in Milpitas, ca. This workshop is directed toward teaching beginners the fundamental basics of Guardian Art Coordination Training, Free Running, and Parkour. In this workshop I will be going over the proper and safe ways to train and execute the basic techniques of Free Running.

Cost: FREE!

Time: 1-2:30pm (Open Gym after 2:30pm)

Place: Guardian Art 1766 Houret, Milpitas CA 95035

All you have to do is register by November 7th, 2009 by emailing us your name at guardian@guardianart.org with “Beginner Free Running Workshop” as the subject line.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water!
