Train Hard - Stay Humble

wiki:A (Natural Method) session is composed of exercises belonging to the ten fundamental groups: walking, running, jumping, quadrupedal movement, climbing, equilibrism (balancing), throwing, lifting, defending and swimming.

A training session consists, then, of exercises in an outdoor environment - a course of greater or lesser distance (a few hundred meters to several kilometers), during which, one walks, one runs, one jumps, one progresses quadrupedally, one climbs, one walks in unstable balance, one raises and one carries, one throws, one fights and one swims.

This course can be carried out in 2 ways:

1 - the natural or spontaneous way; i.e., on an unspecified route through the countryside.

2 - within an especially designed environment.

All of the exercises can be carried out while progressing through this environment.

Finally, the session can last from 20 to 60 minutes.

i know enough about grappling, greco/freestyle wrestling and stuff to do the fight/defending part with all of you (teach ya too) i even have a 30lbs to 60 lbs i dunno what he is heavy bag dummy that i might be able to drag out a couple times.

The first "Natural Method Conditioning Session" will be tonight for the last 20-30 min of the Sloat Elementary Practice, if we dont all puke.

Whoops...I might have come if I knew earlier...its 7:45. But I will probably only do 1 Sloat day per week in the future.
...sorry guys, had to bail out, due to job related s*#!.
(I'm actually still at work)
=(
its cool. Solo mission tonight. It was good though. By the way, giorgio remember the time you me and Sean were training in the inner courtyard and that black guy booted us? Tonight he saw me training in the area by the flagpole and 6 stair and offered me a box of juice cause he said i looked thirsty. Then he left. This really is THE SPOT for consistent training sessions...
NO KIDDING!

GWHS... Sutro elementary... Sloat...
We may have enough to think about approaching one of these administrations w/o risking to remain completely down...
ive thought about it, thinking the janitors might bring it up to the wrong person, what i would do. I figure we wait for the problems, so they dont start making the night staff "enforce" policies just cause we reminded them we are breaking them....
No worries...
...we ain't going nowhere!
;)
Copied from SFPK.com---So Sloat this tuesday at 630-7pm. Get there early to have an hour of daylight for the roof. Everything else is covered and lit for the most part. Probably try to work in some PK applicable strength exercises for conditioning.
Wheelbarrows -walking, konging, claps if your crazy and you know it
buddy on back- quad movements squats stairs
cat leap pull ups -two guys, one cat
Some more stuff i can think of, or you can think of if you come.

Also, if we all REALLY want to condition at the end, i was thinking a Herbets natural method training circuit or loop with more an emphasis on PK style movements/exercises. Sloat is PERFECT for this.

so i know this isnt the right spot on BAP or even the right thread, but its close and i wish i could post events. Anybody who is capable, can definitely add it for me if they have the time/desire.
