I do VERY often watch videos of proficient traceuses, because they provoke me in training what I lack more, which is the dexterity and the coordination they display.

I know i have a certain degree of power, but not the elegant smoothness they show even in simple dismounts (0:50 and 0:58), smart vaults (1:04 and 2:16), and the quick pops onto their hands (2:34 and all the M-ups) that J. and Fyrel pointed out...

And this is just the beginning!

Congrats to these women (and our BAPK girls) for showing that this isn't a men's pasttime, and that girls can be better at it than men! Hell, I know I can't do a muscle up.
