.... i think quick cuts is one of the biggest mistakes you can make when filming parkour. Unsteady camera i dont mind, and i actually look for that alot, because i like how it enphasises on how fast the traceurs are moving. Personally i think the camera in this video is just plain horrible, though i can still see all his moves, it almost gave me a headache with the addition of bad quality. i liked the vid, but when filming parkour and things such as this, i'd prefer a much broader veiw of the area he works with, so i can appreciate his movements and how he moves more. all in all, i still liked the vid.
IMO, parkour's a very hard subject to film properly. Although you want to capture the speed and the urban aspect of it (which is usually marked with quick cuts and an unsteady camera), the flow and beauty of movement is a monumental part of it too.
